Integrated Athletic Solutions under the direction of Steve Heintz as Principal and Consultant, was created to partner with leaders in the school community to ensure that the school’s athletic program reflects the overall mission and vision of the overall school while committing to its absolute peak potential and impact.  The focus is on mission, vision, and operations ensuring that each reflects the most excellent manner of operations.  Steve helps schools to create a strategy for success and then to remain fastidiously committed to execution through daily devotion to the process.

As a former Athletic Director at Lexington Christian Academy (MA) and Westminster Christian School (FL), Steve led coaching staffs to high levels of performance through commitment to strategic planning and process-oriented instruction on the playing fields and courts.  His staffs were coached in the importance of being technically and tactically excellent and committed to being outstanding teachers of their sport(s).  There were plans for success at each school program Steve led, and coaches became more effective leaders for their athletes.  Through the processes of planning for excellence, the outcomes for many teams and individual athletes were maximized.  In each athletic program, deep cultures of excellence were established.
